A Yorkshire accent? Sure

I love regional accents. When someone says they don’t like hearing something like Brummie or Scouse I’m baffled, I could listen all day. Maybe it’s because my own Hertfordshire accent is dead boring in comparison. So when I was asked for a Yorkshire accent for Yorkshire-based furniture company HSL I was really excited. Luckily both sides of my family come from there so I had plenty of native accent coaches on hand (my mum was pretty frank about the state of my vowels). In the end I loved getting to step into that gorgeous accent that reminded me of my Yorkshire heritage, and feeling the warmth in this lovely rhyming script.
